Role Brief

We've been doing great work and are growing - we're hiring across roles, including awesome folks to lead our Talent Relations unit (Chtrbox Represent) where we exclusively manage brand collabs & help with content strategy for leading influencers. This role would entail, but not be limited to:

Ideal Candidate Profile

• You will be the face of the company to talent, and we want each talent you work with to have an amazing experience. You will need to know when to be friendly, and when to be professional, and how to strike that balance.
• Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes.
• Develop content ideas and write and curate content
• Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and user. Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
• Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers.Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels

What Comes in Handy

• Experience of working in talent relations/influencer management (onboarding and/or account management) with an influencer marketing company, talent agency, film house or relevant content provider/creator.
• Youre a professional communicator with solid negotiation skills
• Youre persistent! If someone says no, you keep knocking (but with a creative / better approach, we hope!)
• You care. If your talent is facing an issue, you handle it - during weekends, the middle of the night do what it takes to deliver delight.
