Piyaau Beverages Private Limited is on a mission to change how India hydrates. About This Role
Piyaau is building a team of people who genuinely care about what they are building. Finding those people, onboarding them well, and creating a culture where they do their best work that is what this role is about. You will work on defined HR projects, whether that is running a full hiring cycle for a set of roles, building an onboarding process, or launching an engagement initiative. Clear scope, meaningful work.
What You'll Do
Support end-to-end hiring cycles for Piyaau roles including writing JDs, sourcing candidates, screening, and coordinating interviews
Manage onboarding processes so new joiners start feeling like part of the team from day one
Develop and maintain HR documentation including offer letters, policies, and process guides
Design and run employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
Maintain clean, accurate HR records and ensure basic compliance documentation is in order
Coordinate with department leads on hiring timelines, role requirements, and team needs
Support performance management cycles including feedback collection and appraisal coordination
Identify gaps in people processes and come with recommendations, not just observations
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or people operations
Hands-on recruitment experience you know how to source, screen, and close candidates
Strong interpersonal skills and a reputation for being approachable, discreet, and trustworthy
Good understanding of HR fundamentals including employment basics, onboarding, and engagement
Organised and detail-oriented HR credibility lives in accurate, up-to-date records
Proficiency in Google Workspace and comfort with basic HRMS or ATS tools
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality at all times
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Growth Path
HR project contributors who show strong people instincts and execution will be considered for a permanent HR Manager or People Operations role as Piyaau's team grows.
