We are now looking to add a Talent Consultant who sees staffing as a long-term craft and business.

Role:

This is a hybrid recruiting + commercial role with the following focus:

• US demand generation (40%) building, growing and owning hiring demand through proactive, organic and inorganic outreach
• Full-cycle recruitment (40%) sourcing, screening, managing, and closing roles across India, US, and EU markets
• US team support (20%) assisting with pipeline development, sourcing, and market intelligence

This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys demand generation and is equally comfortable executing on delivery when roles are live.

• Want a delivery-only recruiting role
• Are optimizing for short stints or rapid title changes

This role is for you if you:

• Must have 5+ years of experience at reputed search or staffing firms or industry knowlege/expertise
• Must have understanding of staffing dynamics in at least one of the geographies: India, US, and EU
• Prefer long-term career compounding over frequent job changes
• Are comfortable working independently without oversight

Work Setup:

• Fully remote , flexible with s ome overlap with US time zones for communication (not beyond 10 PM IST) unless you choose to speak with US candidates
• Once a month in-person catch-up in Bangalore as needed
