Both organisations are in growth mode and require strong cultural foundations, structured talent processes, and leadership pipeline development.
Role SummaryWe are looking for a Talent & Culture Lead who will design, build, and own the entire people function across both organisations.
This is not a transactional HR role. This is a strategic builder role responsible for:
- Designing hiring roadmaps
- Building recruitment engines
- Creating performance systems
- Establishing training frameworks
- Developing leadership pipelines
- Strengthening organisational culture
- Ensuring compliance and governance
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in high-growth environments, building systems from scratch, and partnering closely with founders and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning- Build annual and quarterly hiring roadmaps for both organisations.
- Design competency frameworks for technical, operational, and leadership roles.
- Own full recruitment lifecycle:
- JD creation
- Sourcing strategy
- Screening & interviewing
- Offer negotiation
- Onboarding
- Establish structured evaluation frameworks (scorecards, competency mapping).
- Build employer branding across LinkedIn and relevant hiring platforms.
- Track and optimize recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).
- Build campus and agency partnerships where required.
- Define and codify core values across both organisations.
- Build structured onboarding journeys.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Create internal communication rhythms (townhalls, reviews, recognition).
- Design retention strategies for high performers.
- Develop leadership alignment sessions.
- Design performance appraisal systems.
- Implement OKR or KPI frameworks.
- Build structured feedback mechanisms.
- Establish probation review systems.
- Create career progression frameworks.
- Support compensation benchmarking and review cycles.
- Identify skill gaps across departments.
- Design internal and external training programs.
- Build leadership development pathways.
- Implement mentorship frameworks.
- Enable succession planning.
- Develop HR policies and SOPs.
- Ensure statutory compliance (labour laws, documentation, contracts).
- Maintain structured employee documentation.
- Oversee payroll coordination and benefits administration.
- Handle employee relations professionally and confidentially.
- 815 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR / People Operations.
- Experience building HR systems in startup or growth-stage organisations.
- Strong understanding of performance management frameworks.
- Comfortable working closely with founders and leadership teams.
- Strong business orientation (understands how HR drives growth).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High integrity and confidentiality standards.
- Willing to take ownership and operate hands-on.
- Experience in:
- Healthtech / Wellness / D2C startup (for Miror)
- Renewable / Infra / Energy sectors (for Soham)
- Experience setting up HR systems from scratch.
- Exposure to scaling teams from early-stage to structured growth.
- Masters degree in HR / Business Administration preferred.
