Youll be the bridge between creators/talent and brandsmanaging relationships, building opportunities, and ensuring we deliver high-impact campaigns that feel authentic and strategic.What Youll Own

Talent Relations & Management

• Manage and nurture relationships with actors, creators, influencers, and public personalities
• Understand each talents voice, goals, boundaries, and long-term positioning
• Build personalised strategies to elevate their visibility, PR footprint, and brand value

Brand Collaboration & Outreach

• Source, negotiate, and lock brand deals that align with the talents image
• Pitch talent proactively for campaigns, events, press features, and partnerships
• Maintain strong relationships with brand managers, agencies, and PR leads

Campaign & Deliverables Management

• Oversee all deliverables: content calendars, timelines, approvals, payments
• Ensure campaigns run smoothly from briefing to execution to reporting
• Troubleshoot issues with professionalism and quick turnaround

PR & Media Coordination

• Pitch talent for interviews, podcasts, features, and media stories
• Work closely with our PR team to manage appearances, press strategy, and visibility
• Prepare bios, talking points, media kits, and positioning notes

Strategy & Market Understanding

• Track industry trends, viral moments, and brand-category insights
• Suggest creative ideas for collaborations, content hooks, and relevance-building
• Advise talent on what to do (and what not to do) to stay culturally sharp

Admin, Reports & Documentation

• Maintain trackers for deals, invoices, campaign status, deliverables, and payments
• Draft contracts, collaboration terms, and negotiation notes
• Provide weekly updates on pipeline, ongoing deals, and opportunities

What Were Looking For

• 24 years experience in talent management, brand partnerships, influencer marketing or PR
• Strong communication + negotiation skills
• A people-person with patience, confidence, and good emotional intelligence
• Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced work with absolute professionalism
• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Someone who actually understands Instagram, pop culture, and todays creator economy
• A calm, reliable energy we dont like chaos unless its strategic
