Supporting North American recruitment operations from an offshore location, the Talent Acquisition Administrator will provide essential administrative support across the full recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Applicant Review: Conduct initial resume reviews and applicant evaluations to identify candidates who meet role requirements and support the Sr. TA Partner in shortlist creation.
  • Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule recruiter screens and multi-stage interviews across multiple North American time zones, ensuring clear communication and smooth interview execution.
  • ATS Management: Support the administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by maintaining accurate candidate records, tracking progress through the hiring pipeline, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Job Posting & Advertising: Draft and post job advertisements across internal career sites and external platforms, including LinkedIn and relevant niche job boards.
  • Stakeholder & Candidate Communication: Serve as a professional point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, providing timely updates, interview coordination, and sending thoughtful rejection communications to maintain a positive employer brand.
  • Talent Acquisition Support: Assist the Talent Acquisition team with ad-hoc projects, reporting, sourcing support, and recruitment-related initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • English Language Mastery: Native or C1/C2 level English proficiency is mandatory. You must have highly developed writing and speaking skills to communicate effectively with North American candidates and executives.
  • Schedule Requirements: Ability to work a full North American shift, maintaining 100% overlap with the team until 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Workday (preferred), Greenhouse, or Lever) and Microsoft Office 365 (specifically advanced Outlook calendar management and Excel).
  • Professionalism: Proven experience in a candidate-facing or high-level administrative role, with a focus on confidentiality and discretion.
  • Experience: Minimum 38 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably within a fast-paced recruitment environment.
