Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end hiring for revenue-generating roles such as Sales, Marketing, and key Corporate Functions. The role requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to deliver quality hires in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Hire for Sales, Marketing, and Corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and drive hiring plans.
• Source candidates through multiple channels and conduct initial screenings.
• Track hiring progress and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Requirements

• 24 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Proven hiring experience for revenue-generating roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
