(Looking only for candidates having recruitment exp with Software Startups or Product based clients )

Experience - 1 yr to 4 Yr

Location - Work from Home till 2027.

Workdays - 5 Days/Week

• Excellent understanding of Technology/Tech Stacks/Tech Hiring.
• Should be willing to do Research->Source->Close positions with minimal supervision.
• Know how to cut through CV noise with sharp judgment
• Care deeply about candidate experience
• Can partner with Leaders & Hiring Managers to hire for potential and culture
• Keen eye for data and startup eco system.

Your Role

• End to End Recruitment from sourcing to Joining.
• Responsible for sourcing candidates from Portals, head-hunting, social media, Online tech groups etc.
• Prioritize the client's needs and take actions accordingly.
