1. Role Overview

The Recruiter Volume Hiring role is a fixed-term position responsible for independently driving end-to-end recruitment for high-volume positions, ensuring speed, quality, and data discipline at scale.

This role requires strong execution ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously without compromising stakeholder confidence or hiring outcomes.

The incumbent will operate as a hands-on hiring partner, running the recruitment engine efficiently while maintaining accuracy, structure, and accountability across the hiring lifecycle.

As hiring volumes scale and timelines tighten, the business requires recruiters who can manage complexity without chaos.

This contractual role supports near-to-medium term workforce scaling by ensuring that hiring plans convert into actual joiners through disciplined execution and proactive pipeline management.

The focus is on delivering predictable, data-backed hiring outcomes while enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions at speed.


3. Key Outcomes & Impact

  • High-volume requisitions are closed within agreed timelines without compromising hiring quality.
  • Hiring pipelines remain active, healthy, and continuously refreshed, reducing last-minute dependencies.
  • Offers consistently translate into confirmed joiners with minimal dropouts.
  • Recruitment data across systems is accurate, complete, and decision-ready for stakeholders.


4. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for volume roles, from intake through sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and joining.
  • Manage multiple concurrent requisitions while maintaining quality benchmarks and turnaround times.
  • Build and sustain robust sourcing pipelines using job portals, referrals, social sourcing, and creative sourcing approaches.
  • Ensure availability of backup candidates for critical and time-sensitive roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring stakeholders, providing transparent updates on pipeline health, risks, and timelines.
  • Use data and metrics to set expectations and push back constructively when requirements are misaligned with market realities.
  • Maintain high standards of data hygiene across ATS and recruitment trackers, ensuring accurate reporting of hiring metrics.


5. Capabilities & Competencies

6. Experience & Qualifications

  • 24 years of experience in volume or high-scale recruitment roles (preferred).
  • Demonstrated understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel for data handling and reporting (filters, lookups, pivot tables, basic dashboards).
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and rapidly changing hiring needs.
  • Comfort operating in target-driven, deadline-oriented environments.
