Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring requirements.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS.
• Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring cycle.
• Assist in building a strong employer brand through job postings and candidate engagement.
• Support HR activities and complete recruitment-related documentation.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Knowledge of major job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Basic understanding of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for recruitment
• Freshers with strong communication skills are highly encouraged to apply
