Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for B2C sales roles
  • Bulk / high-volume hiring with defined TATs
  • Hiring for regional sales profiles
  • Building strong pipelines across multiple sourcing channels
  • Screening, coordinating, and ensuring faster closures
  • Partnering with stakeholders to meet aggressive hiring targets
  • Tracking metrics and maintaining recruitment dashboards


What were looking for:

  • Has minimum 2 years hands-on experience in B2C Sales / Bulk Hiring
  • Has managed regional sales hiring
  • Can handle high-volume roles without compromising quality
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Is proactive, structured, and strong in stakeholder coordination
