Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Gurugram. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. This role involves developing strategies to ensure effective employer branding, collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, and maintaining a talent pipeline to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
- Experience in Interviewing and Recruiting
- Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines and manage various recruitment tools
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or HR roles is preferred
