Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Non-IT recruitment , with proven expertise in volume hiring , campus recruitment , and walk-in drives . This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Ready to work from Trivandrum Office in 1-10pm shift timings
• Work experience with non-technical positions
• Hands-on hiring experience on volume/bulk hiring.
• Promote the Employer Brand on LinkedIn and other social media channels and spread awareness about the company and its products.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing specifically for skills like technical hiring.
• Working knowledge of various social media recruiting channel.
• Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, mapping, negotiating offers.
• Possess good communication skills and must be presentable.
