Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies and processes to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates for the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and priorities and provide strategic recruitment support to fulfill staffing requirements.
• Drive the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Utilize various recruitment channels and techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and external partners to enhance the organization's employer brand and reputation in the market.
• Track recruitment metrics and performance indicators, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize recruitment outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition, and incorporate innovative approaches into the recruitment process.
• Handle escalated candidate and client issues effectively, resolving conflicts and ensuring timely resolution of concerns to maintain positive relationships.
