Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager to support and manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves partnering with business stakeholders, leading hiring initiatives, improving recruitment processes, and ensuring timely closure of positions with high-quality talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across functions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring plans
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, source effectiveness) and share regular reports
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus/volume hiring drives
• Maintain and update ATS and recruitment databases
• Assist in onboarding coordination and documentation
• Mentor junior recruiters and support team performance goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 47 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and hiring best practices
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Hands-on experience with ATS and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in startup, tech, ed-tech, or service-based organizations
• Exposure to bulk and lateral hiring
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
