Talent Acquisition Specialist

What Youll Do
- Own hiring end to end from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding
- Work directly with the leadership team and business heads to understand what roles we need now (and whats coming next)
- Hire across teams like:
- Legal & compliance
- Finance & accounting
- Operations, tech, and support
- Proactively source talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and good old networking
- Be the first point of contact for candidates and give them a great experience
- Help build our employer brand (because people matter)
- Keep hiring organized using an ATS and simple metrics
- Improve and evolve hiring processes as the company grows
What Were Looking For
- 3 - 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience hiring for finance, legal, fintech, or regulated industries is a big plus
- Comfortable working in a startup self-driven, flexible, and hands-on
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to spot both skills and culture fit
- Organized, proactive, and not afraid to try new sourcing ideas
