Work Hours: 8:00 PM 5:00 AM IST (Aligned with U.S. Business Hours)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Executive to support recruitment, onboarding, and HR functions for our in-house teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering a seamless candidate and employee experience. You will work closely with HR leadership to ensure smooth hiring and operational processes aligned.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment dashboards.
  • Post openings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms; manage direct candidate outreach.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely and transparent communication.

HR Operations

  • Handle onboarding, employee documentation, and background verification.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Support attendance, shift rosters, and leave management processes.
  • Assist with payroll coordination and HR policy compliance.


Process & Coordination

  • Update and maintain HR & TA SOPs to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Prepare regular MIS and recruitment reports.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Training teams for smooth cross-functional coordination.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and communication initiatives.


Qualifications & Skills

  • 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with HRMS or ATS tools preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a night shift aligned with U.S. business hours.
