This is a full-time, hybrid position, based in Hyderabad for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating and conducting interviews. Additionally, this role includes responsibilities in employer branding initiatives, developing effective hiring strategies, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will focus on attracting top talent and providing an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Strong skills in Screening and assessing candidates
  • Expertise in Hiring processes and candidate management
  • Experience in creating and implementing Employer Branding strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
