Role: Domestic IT Recruiters (Strong C2H Required)
Experience: 2-4 Yrs only
Only Domestic Recruiting Experience Required
Location : Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source potential candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
Candidates must have good Experience in Contact-to-hire
Interpret and analyse job descriptions to understand technical and role-specific needs.
Conduct initial screening, assessments, and evaluations to shortlist relevant candidates.
Coordinate interview logistics with internal teams and external candidates.
Manage and update candidate records to streamline the recruitment workflow.
Monitor and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and sourcing effectiveness.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-ups.
Required Skills:
A bachelors degree in any field (HR or IT specialization preferred).
12 years of hands-on experience in technical hiring.
Proficient in using recruitment platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and ATS tools.
Strong understanding of various IT job functions including Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.
Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
Capable of managing multiple job requisitions and meeting tight deadlines.
