This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Bengaluru, India. The primary responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and hiring qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with team leaders to understand staffing needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also focus on developing and implementing employer branding strategies to attract top-tier talent and positively represent the organization. This role demands a proactive approach to building a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring the seamless growth of the team.
- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Strong skills in Hiring and Interviewing, focusing on identifying and assessing top talent for various roles
- Experience in Employer Branding and the implementation of strategies to enhance the organization's reputation among potential candidates
- Proficiency in Recruiting practices and technologies to build a robust talent pipeline
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate closely with hiring managers and team members
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired
