We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong staffing experience to manage end-to-end recruitment and deliver quality talent across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment JD creation, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting, and closing.
• Use advanced sourcing strategies including headhunting, market mapping, Boolean search, social media hiring, and job portals.
• Screen and shortlist quality profiles before client submission.
• Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates technical and behavioural competencies.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and closures.
• Maintain and update candidate data in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and ensure proper documentation and tracking of recruitment activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in HR or Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, CV Sourcing, and Headhunting.
• Experience in Staffing / Recruitment Consultancy is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience working with ATS platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and job portals.
• Immediate joiners based in Mumbai preferred.
