Job Description

Sparix Global is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for augmentation roles and support recruitment operations.


Were Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Staffing & Augmentation)

Location: Noida

Experience: 15 Years

Shift Timing :- Day Shift(10:00 AM to 7:00 PM ) (Monday to Friday )


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for staffing and augmentation roles
  • Source high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and networks
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess communication, experience, and role fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines across multiple roles
  • Drive offer management, joining follow-ups, and onboarding coordination


Recruitment Operations:

  • Maintain hiring trackers, dashboards, and recruitment reports.
  • Coordinate with clients on hiring updates, onboarding requirements, and daily operations
  • Manage background verification processes, including document collection and vendor coordination
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding for augmented employees
  • Track timesheets, attendance, and assist with basic invoicing coordination
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams for contracts, documentation, and compliance
  • Ensure structured, timely, and professional communication across candidates and internal teams


Mandatory Requirements:

  • 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  • Hands-on experience with staffing or augmentation hiring (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment
  • Experience sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards(Naukari ,MonsterIndia ), and internal databases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Comfortable managing documentation, contracts, and operational tasks
