Job Description
Sparix Global is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for augmentation roles and support recruitment operations.

Location: Noida
Experience: 15 Years
Shift Timing :- Day Shift(10:00 AM to 7:00 PM ) (Monday to Friday )
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for staffing and augmentation roles
- Source high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and networks
- Conduct initial screenings to assess communication, experience, and role fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines across multiple roles
- Drive offer management, joining follow-ups, and onboarding coordination
Recruitment Operations:
- Maintain hiring trackers, dashboards, and recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with clients on hiring updates, onboarding requirements, and daily operations
- Manage background verification processes, including document collection and vendor coordination
- Handle onboarding and offboarding for augmented employees
- Track timesheets, attendance, and assist with basic invoicing coordination
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams for contracts, documentation, and compliance
- Ensure structured, timely, and professional communication across candidates and internal teams
Mandatory Requirements:
- 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Hands-on experience with staffing or augmentation hiring (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment
- Experience sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards(Naukari ,MonsterIndia ), and internal databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management abilities
- Comfortable managing documentation, contracts, and operational tasks
