Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Sales Hiring

Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist Sales Hiring with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for sales roles. The ideal candidate should be hands-on in bulk hiring, stakeholder management, salary negotiation, walk-in drives, and campus hiring , with a proven background in closing sales positions within timelines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles (Field Sales, Inside Sales, Team Leaders, Managers, etc.)
  • Handle bulk and lateral hiring through multiple sources (job portals, referrals, walk-ins, campus hiring, consultants)
  • Drive walk-in recruitment drives and campus hiring initiatives across locations
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales Heads, Business Leaders) to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities
  • Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for interviews
  • Conduct initial HR discussions and salary negotiations
  • Prepare and manage offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination
  • Ensure smooth stakeholder communication and timely hiring closures
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards
  • Work on employer branding activities for sales hiring
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and quality benchmarks


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in Sales Hiring (Mandatory)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume / bulk hiring
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven and closure-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in using job portals, ATS, and MS Excel
