About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and execution-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our hiring engine across technical and non-technical roles. This role demands strong ownership, stakeholder management, and the ability to close positions within tight timelines in a fast-paced interior fit-out environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across:
- Design (Interior, Furniture, Graphic)
- Site Execution & Project Management
- Business Development & Corporate Functions
- Understand role requirements and align sourcing strategy accordingly
- Ensure quality pipeline and timely closures
2. Sourcing & Talent Mapping
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and niche platforms
- Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
- Conduct market mapping for competitor hiring and salary benchmarking
3. Screening & Evaluation
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess:
- Technical fit
- Cultural alignment
- Communication and intent
- Coordinate and structure interview processes with hiring managers
4. Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business leaders to understand hiring priorities
- Provide regular updates on pipeline, challenges, and closures
- Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
5. Offer Management & Closure
- Handle salary discussions, negotiation, and offer rollout
- Ensure smooth joining and pre-boarding experience
- Maintain strong follow-ups to reduce dropouts
6. Data & Process Optimization
- Track and maintain recruitment data (pipeline, TAT, conversion ratios)
- Improve hiring processes and implement best practices
- Support employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns
Key Requirements
- 36 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in interiors, construction, or allied industries)
- Strong experience in bulk + niche hiring
- Hands-on with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
- Strong follow-up and closure mindset
