Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves managing the full recruitment life cycle, strategizing and executing employer branding initiatives, and conducting interviews to identify the best-fit candidates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams to anticipate hiring needs, source top talent, build robust candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless hiring experience. Additionally, the role requires maintaining relationships with potential hires and promoting the company culture to attract top-tier professionals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring, with a proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes effectively.
  • Proficiency in Employer Branding and creating strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Strong skills in Interviewing and evaluating candidates to match roles with the right profiles.
  • Proven expertise in Recruiting, including identifying, engaging, and closing qualified candidates.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and candidates.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt recruitment strategies to changing needs.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
