We are currently seeking dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialists who have experience in end-to-end recruitment and can work independently in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the complete hiring lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

Full Recruitment Cycle: Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, technical assessments, negotiating offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding.

Job Portal Expertise: Proficiency in Naukri, Shine, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job boards is mandatory.

Candidate Sourcing: Identifying top talent using various sourcing methods including headhunting, networking, referrals, and online recruitment tools.

Industry-Specific Hiring: Prior experience in IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, and EMPI sectors is highly preferred.

Client Coordination: Working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, manage job postings, and ensure timely fulfillment of positions.

Quality & Speed: Understanding job requirements in depth and ensuring high-quality candidate submissions within tight deadlines.

Database Management: Building and maintaining a robust candidate database for future hiring needs.

Offer Negotiation & Closure: Managing salary negotiations, onboarding processes, and candidate engagement.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintaining daily and weekly recruitment reports for performance tracking.

Continuous Learning: Staying updated with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and evolving hiring strategies.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1 Year of Recruitment Experience (Consultancy/Staffing Firm background preferred).

Experience in Hiring for IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, and EMPI Clients.

Proficient in Sourcing Through Job Portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, and other tools.

Work from Home Setup: Must have a Laptop/Desktop, Internet Connection, and Calling Facility.

Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills to manage candidates and clients efficiently.

Target-Oriented & Self-Motivated Professional with the ability to work independently.

Strong Interpersonal and Relationship-Building Skills to enhance candidate engagement.
