Job Title: Talent Acquisition Sales & Marketing
Location: Mumbai- Goregaon
Experience: (5-10 years) in Sales & Marketing recruitment
Industry: FMCG / Pharma / Consumer Durables / B2B / BFSI (as applicable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, and Business Development roles across levels (field sales to leadership).
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower plans, role requirements, and hiring timelines .
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, vendors, and campus hiring .
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for sales capability, market exposure, and cultural fit .
- Coordinate interviews, manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and closures.
- Maintain TA metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring quality.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring sales roles.
- Ensure smooth candidate experience and support onboarding activities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, MBA (HR), or related field .
- Hands-on experience hiring Sales & Marketing profiles (field sales, channel sales, key accounts, digital marketing, etc.).
