Working Days- 5 days only

Education- Graduation / MBA

Reporting- TA Head

Role Summary -The incumbent must have a 1-2 years of exposure in Sourcing, Screning, Interview scheduling, Stakeholder Management (Entire Recruitment life cycle) and handling multiple stakeholders in Non IT sector- Transmission / Power sector / Renewable Sector or other sector.

KRA-

• End to End Stakeholder Management for all existing and upcoming.
• Maintains applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Create pipelines/databases for future and current open positions and execute against them with minimal direction.
• Continually generate leads from the candidates and keep the candidates warm until he/she attends the hiring process.
• Effectively sell on Sterlite's Value Proposition to keep potential candidates warm (for current and future openings)
• Willing / Flexible to work for extended hours & Weekends during Critical Project Hiring?
