We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with outstanding communication abilities, a strong professional network (20,00030,000 LinkedIn connections), and a proven track record in recruiting for non-technical roles.


This role requires a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a solid technical background, capable of understanding technical concepts, tools, and platforms, and effectively partnering with hiring managers on technical and semi-technical hiring needs. Experience sourcing talent for roles such as Sales Representatives, Digital Marketing Associates, Account Managers, and Executive Assistants is highly desirable, alongside the ability to support technical and systems-driven roles.

Hands-on recruiting experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)including managing pipelines, automations, candidate communication, and reportingis a key requirement.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring high candidate quality, technical alignment where required, and a strong candidate experience.


Your Quest

  • Work closely with managers to understand both business and technical hiring requirements
  • Plan, develop, implement, and manage the organizations recruitment strategy
  • Screen and assess candidates with an understanding of technical skills, tools, and workflows
  • Manage recruitment pipelines, follow-ups, and automation using GoHighLevel (GHL)
  • Maintain recruitment documentation, reporting, and status updates
  • Build and manage candidate pools for current and future opportunities
  • Oversee junior recruiters and guide them on quality and technical screening standards
  • Work closely with HR Operations and leadership
  • Attend all internal and external meetings
  • Maintain strong working relationships with hiring leaders, employees, and candidates


Your Toolkit

  • Exceptional English communication skills; experience working with US and Canadian clients (US accent preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and evaluate technical roles, systems, and tools
  • Experience recruiting through GoHighLevel (GHL) for candidate tracking, automation, and communication
  • Hands-on experience with Google Sheets, ATS tools, and recruitment reporting
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques across LinkedIn, Rozee, Facebook, Indeed, and niche platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Confident, outgoing personality with a strong Zoom presence
  • Ability to introduce innovative, process-driven improvements to enhance candidate experience
  • Proven ability to maintain excellent working relationships with hiring leaders, employees, and candidates
