As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will play a strategic, high-impact role in driving our hiring efforts across all functions and levelsfrom technical to business, junior to leadership roles. This role goes beyond filling positionsit's about partnering with leadership, understanding our culture and business priorities, and bringing in the right talent to power Raises growth journey.
Expected Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for roles across departments, including Engineering, Product, Operation, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership.
Act as a true hiring partner to functional heads and senior stakeholders, aligning hiring strategies with business goals and workforce planning.
Build effective sourcing strategies using a combination of ATS, social platforms, referral networks, and industry events to attract high-quality talent.
Drive structured evaluation processes through resume screening, in-depth interviews, assessments, and behavioral tools to ensure the right fit.
Leverage and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline workflows, enhance candidate experience, and deliver data-driven insights
Foster a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates by continuously networking and engaging with relevant talent pools.
Track key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-join ratios, making data-informed decisions to optimize processes.
Promote Raise as an employer of choice, showcasing our culture, values, and employee value proposition through candidate interactions and branding efforts.
Expected Skills:
26 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic talent acquisition role managing cross-functional hiring.
Prior experience in fast-paced environments such as FinTech, startups, or high-growth tech companies is highly desirable.
Expertise in using and optimizing ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Zappyhire, Zoho, etc.).
Strong understanding of various functional roles and hiring nuances across tech and non-tech domains.
Ability to influence and advise stakeholders while balancing speed and quality of hires.
Confident in offer negotiations, candidate engagement, and delivering exceptional hiring experiences.
Graduate degree required; a postgraduate diploma or MBA in HR is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and time management skills with a results-driven approach

At Raise, we are building technology-led consumer products & infrastructure services to serve Indians with Financial Services across financing, insurance, investing, payments and wealth.
We are building for the financially aware & financially literate users, largely focusing on the top 25 Mn+ tax paying residents in metros, urban cities & towns in India. Raise will offer consumer products & services that cater to these users, and will offer the same technology & infrastructure to partners in the startup ecosystem willing to take the experience to everyone in India.
