Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with 35 years of experience in hiring for both technical and non-technical roles . The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles (IT, Product, Engineering, Sales, Ops, HR, Finance, etc.)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines
  • Create and optimize job descriptions and hiring strategies
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders
  • Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and candidate closures
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience from first touch to onboarding
  • Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and ATS updates
  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus/volume hiring when required
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and processes


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 35 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  • Strong experience hiring for both tech and non-tech roles
  • Hands-on experience with full recruitment lifecycle
  • Excellent sourcing and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment


Good to Have

  • Experience in startup, fintech, or tech-driven environments
  • Exposure to volume hiring or niche skill hiring
  • Employer branding or campus hiring experience
