Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Presidency University, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the institutions future by attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent across academic, administrative, and leadership roles. You will drive end-to-end recruitment processes, build talent pipelines, and implement innovative hiring strategies to support the Universitys growth and vision.

This role involves close collaboration with Deans, Heads of Departments, and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and deliver high-quality hires aligned with academic and institutional excellence. Beyond filling positions, you will be instrumental in strengthening the employer brand, enhancing candidate experience, and adopting data-driven approaches to talent acquisition.

Key focus areas include:

• Managing full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding).
