About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Executive will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Pay range and compensation package :- 2.55 LPA- 3LPA
