Job Description

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Talent Acquisition professionals to support end-to-end recruitment for our US clients, with a strong focus on automotive industry roles. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and proven experience hiring for automotive positions in the US market.


Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment


Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based automotive roles, from sourcing to offer closure.


Screen, evaluate, and assess candidates for technical and non-technical automotive positions.


Conduct initial HR discussions and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.


Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.


Talent Sourcing


Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and niche automotive platforms.


Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for automotive engineering, manufacturing, quality, testing, and support roles.


Leverage market knowledge to attract high-quality automotive talent.


Interview Coordination & Communication


Schedule and coordinate interviews across US time zones.


Act as the primary point of contact between candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.


Provide timely updates and maintain clear communication throughout the process.


ATS & Reporting


Maintain accurate records in the ATS and recruitment trackers.


Prepare and share daily/weekly recruitment status reports.


Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation standards.


Stakeholder Management


Partner closely with hiring managers and delivery teams to understand automotive-specific skill requirements.


Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market trends within the automotive domain.


Client-Focused Delivery


Support urgent, niche, and volume hiring for automotive clients.


Manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


Mandatory Industry Experience


Prior experience in automotive recruitment is mandatory.


Hands-on experience hiring for roles such as Automotive Engineers, Embedded, Validation, Testing, Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D positions will be highly preferred.


Qualifications & Skills


16 years of experience in end-to-end US recruitment, with proven automotive hiring experience.


Strong verbal and written communication skills.


Ability to work in US shifts and manage multiple hiring priorities.


Proficiency with ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and recruitment workflows.


Strong coordination, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.


Self-driven, quick learner with a client-focused mindset.
