Job Description
Role Overview
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist with hands-on experience in bulk or high-volume hiring, preferably for sales or field-based roles.
This is not a coordination role.
This is an execution and decision-making role.
You will independently screen, evaluate, and close candidates while ensuring hiring quality, speed, and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales & field roles
- Handle high-volume screening during active hiring cycles
- Conduct structured screening interviews independently
- Evaluate candidate assessments and screening responses
- Use Al-based screening tools effectively to improve hiring efficiency
- Maintain ATS hygiene and recruitment pipeline visibility
- Track and improve recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, conversion ratios, offer-to-join rate)
- Collaborate directly with manager to understand evolving hiring needs
- Ensure quality-of-hire while maintaining hiring velocity
- Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (Sales hiring preferred)
- Experience handling bulk or high-volume hiring projects
- Strong spoken and written English communication
- Hands-on experience using any ATS
- Exposure to Al-assisted recruitment tools
- Ability to independently take hire/reject decisions
- Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment
Preferred

- Experience hiring field sales or B2B sales roles r
- Experience working under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with performance-based hiring structures
