Job Description

Role Overview

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist with hands-on experience in bulk or high-volume hiring, preferably for sales or field-based roles.

This is not a coordination role.

This is an execution and decision-making role.

You will independently screen, evaluate, and close candidates while ensuring hiring quality, speed, and alignment with business goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales & field roles
  • Handle high-volume screening during active hiring cycles
  • Conduct structured screening interviews independently
  • Evaluate candidate assessments and screening responses
  • Use Al-based screening tools effectively to improve hiring efficiency
  • Maintain ATS hygiene and recruitment pipeline visibility
  • Track and improve recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, conversion ratios, offer-to-join rate)
  • Collaborate directly with manager to understand evolving hiring needs
  • Ensure quality-of-hire while maintaining hiring velocity
  • Mandatory Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (Sales hiring preferred)
  • Experience handling bulk or high-volume hiring projects
  • Strong spoken and written English communication
  • Hands-on experience using any ATS
  • Exposure to Al-assisted recruitment tools
  • Ability to independently take hire/reject decisions
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment

  • Experience hiring field sales or B2B sales roles r
  • Experience working under tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with performance-based hiring structures
