• Identify, attract, and recruit top IT professionals for various roles across Europe.
• Develop and maintain a network of candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and social media.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills.
• Proactive, "To Do" attitude, and a never-give-up mentality.
• Challenge and result-oriented mindset.
• Good knowledge of software technologies.
