Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive responsible for sourcing and recruiting talent for various roles within the real estate organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing candidates within the real estate or construction sector and managing the recruitment lifecycle efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and employee referrals.

Identify and attract candidates for roles across departments such as Sales, Civil Engineering, Projects, CRM, and Corporate functions.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.

Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.

Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

34 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

Prior experience hiring for Real Estate / Construction companies is mandatory.

Required Skills

Strong sourcing and headhunting skills in the real estate sector.

Good understanding of real estate industry roles and hiring trends.

Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment tools.
