Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across levels with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and candidate experience.
  • Handle volume hiring in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Anticipate business requirements and proactively build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present hiring data, reports, and dashboards to drive strategic decisions.
  • Will be part of campus hiring initiatives and innovative talent acquisition campaigns.
  • Conduct talent mapping and competition analysis to strengthen market intelligence.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring needs and priorities.
  • Drive new-age TA initiatives, leveraging modern sourcing strategies, digital platforms, and employer branding campaigns to attract top talent.

  • Adaptable mindset with a willingness to continuously learn and evolve in a fast-changing environment.
