Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Bengaluru. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our staffing needs. You will oversee the entire recruitment process, from identifying future hiring needs to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role (6-12 months experience)
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Understanding of HR policies and procedures
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
