Job Description
To manage end-to-end recruitment for logistics operations, including transport, warehouse, shipping, sales support, and corporate roles, ensuring timely availability of skilled and reliable manpower across locations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Transport, Shipping, and Sales Heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Plan and execute bulk and lateral hiring for roles such as:
- Warehouse Executives / Supervisors,Transport Coordinators
- Operations Executives,Billing / Accounts Support
- Sales Support & Branch Staff
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, and local hiring channels.
Screening & Interview Coordination
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with functional heads.
- Ensure timely feedback and follow-ups for closure of positions.
- Maintain proper interview records and hiring status.
Offer, Joining & On boarding
- Prepare and release offer letters as per approved budgets.
- Coordinate joining dates, documentation, and background details.
- Ensure smooth on boarding and induction of new joiners.
- Track offer dropouts and non-joiners and report reasons.
Location: South Mumbai
6 days working (2nd Saturday Off)
