Support end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and assess cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panels
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline aligned with MSAF values
