Job Title: US Talent Acquisition

Qualification

  • Bachelors Degree: Any Graduate
  • 15 years of experience in Recruitment, RPO, Talent Acquisition, Customer Service, or a similar role

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment operations. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring compliance with client requirements while maintaining high qualification standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review candidate resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct candidate interviews
  • Complete SCORE evaluations after each interview
  • Coordinate further interview rounds for candidates meeting qualification thresholds
  • Manage end-to-end daily recruitment operations
  • Focus on improving qualification standards and targeting specific trades to increase conversion rates
  • Collaborate with Client Representatives and Project Coordinators to define qualification criteria
  • Handle stakeholder management and process governance
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and client guidelines
  • Follow defined handoff procedures and inspection processes for smooth candidate transitions
  • Maintain consistent communication with Project Coordinators to ensure alignment and trust

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in:
  • Candidate outreach and engagement
  • Resume screening
  • Interview scheduling and conducting interviews
  • Candidate scoring and evaluation
  • Proficient in phone-based conversations (outbound dialing to prospective candidates)
  • Additional support through Email and Chat channels is a plus
  • Strong communication and comprehension skills (Read, Speak, Write)
  • Versant Score: Minimum 75 (C1 Advanced)
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) iCIMS preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer applications
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce
  • Strong interpersonal, people management, and client management skills
  • Timely and thorough in responding to requests and communications
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
