Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Pharma Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Expert to spearhead our hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical talent landscape, an extensive network of industry professionals, and a proven track record of closing niche and leadership roles. You will act as a strategic talent advisor to business heads and play a pivotal role in driving our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment Strategy: Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process for technical, clinical, manufacturing, and commercial roles across the organization.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs, define job specifications, and provide regular market intelligence.
  • Niche Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier active and passive candidates in Pharma Sales,
  • Executive Search & Leadership Hiring: Take ownership of senior-level and critical hires, ensuring a high-touch, confidential, and professional candidate experience.
  • Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the companys strong financial backing (7,000 Cr group) and growth vision to attract premium talent in a highly competitive market.
  • Vendor & Agency Management: Evaluate, onboard, and manage external executive search firms and recruitment agencies to ensure high-quality candidate submissions and optimal ROI.
  • Data-Driven Hiring: Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment metrics (Time-to-Fill, Quality of Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate) to optimize hiring efficiency and report on progress to the executive team.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years of dedicated recruitment experience, with a significant portion strictly focused on the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Life Sciences sectors.
  • Educational Background: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources. A foundational degree in Life Sciences (B.Pharm, M.Sc. Biotechnology, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Industry Acumen: Exceptional understanding of pharmaceutical industry terminology, regulatory frameworks, and the specific skill sets required for various functional areas.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Mastery of advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and headhunting).
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to navigate complex compensation structures and successfully close candidates in a competitive market.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the executive presence to present to and advise C-level leadership.
