About the Role:

Were looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our HR team and help us attract, evaluate, and onboard exceptional talent. Youll play a key role in building a high-performing, value-driven workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments.
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements:

• 12 years of recruitment experience (in-house or consultancy or talent acquisition).
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong understanding of sourcing tools and recruitment metrics.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
