6. Monitor and manage cost per hire in line with organizational goals, continuously working to improve efficiency.
7. Lead attrition action planning initiatives to strengthen workforce stability and retention.
8. Act as a strategic business partner to stakeholders across the region, aligning talent strategies with organizational objectives.
9. Maintain a strong pipeline of skilled talent, ensuring consistent engagement and communication with potential hires.
10. Source candidates through diverse platforms including job portals, employee referrals, social media, and consultant partnerships; oversee exclusive drives, line-ups, and vendor payment coordination.
11. Take ownership of new projects, driving innovation and continuous improvement in recruitment practices.
12. Drive campus hiring initiatives, building relationships with universities and institutes to attract fresh talent and strengthen the entry-level pipeline.
