(A) JOB SUMMARY
Lepton Software is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist with strong exposure to hiring for technical & non-technical roles in the IT industry. The role also supports key HR functions including PMS and Training & Development, along with providing operational support across various HR activities as required.
(B) JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY
Talent Acquisition:
o Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles in the IT industry.
o Lead hiring for non-technical roles in the IT industry.
o Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs.
o Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, professional networks, referrals, and internal databases.
o Conduct initial screenings to evaluate skill fitment and cultural alignment.
o Maintain hiring trackers, dashboards, and weekly recruitment reports.
o Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
o Maintain a strong relationship with candidates, providing timely feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process.
o Coordinate with internal HR Team for onboarding for new hires.
Performance Management System (PMS):
o Assist with PMS cycle execution among all departments including goal-setting, mid-year and annual reviews.
o Track progress and ensure timely closure of Performance review activities.
o Prepare PMS-related reports and communication.
Training & Development:
o Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
o Maintain training calendars, attendance sheets, and feedback documentation.
o Support training needs identification and evaluation effectiveness.
Employee Engagement
o Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and events.
o Support internal communication activities for HR programs.
(C) QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET
- Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition & HR Operations in the IT industry.
- Strong experience in technical & non-technical hiring for IT industry roles.
- Hands-on experience working on ATS platforms (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Exposure to PMS, training coordination, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, recruitment tools, and sourcing platforms.
