Job Description
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Ability to manage bulk hiring and multiple open positions
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing to onboarding).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, referrals, networking).
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews (telephonic/video/face-to-face).
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track hiring progress and maintain recruitment data.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Maintain recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, sourcing efficiency).
