What this job involves –

A passion for talent

Do you have a passion for talent? This role is critical to the success of the wider talent acquisition team and we need someone who has passion for identifying the best talent for various roles throughout the region.  You’ll know how to employ traditional and creative innovative sourcing strategies to play a lead role in our first stage recruiting efforts across Singapore.

Being Analytical
You’ll be the lead in performing searches for passive talent through sourcing, cold calling, personal networking, and social media.  Your multi-faceted research will lead to the successful development of candidate market intelligence reports and talent mapping. You will actively support the wider TA team in collating and analysing key metrics and maximizing the effectiveness of the recruiting process.

Collaboration

You’ll work closely with the wider Talent Acquisition team to ensure successful delivery of talent. In addition, you will communicate regularly with business line leaders to clearly understand requirements and expectations of the diverse positions. Managing the full process

Are you an experienced recruiter? You’ll need to be.  In this role, you will be fully involved in the end-to-end recruitment process managing requisitions from creation through to on-boarding.  Taking control of the entire process will mean your responsibilities will include administration and documentation related to the hire process as well as HR system monitoring and management.

Experienced

Not a job for the feint hearted, you will need at least 4 years’ experience within talent acquisition, recruitment or executive search.  You’ll understand the methodology and stages of the Talent Acquisition process especially and be comfortable working on mandates at various levels.

What this job involves:

Duties and responsibilities

  • Responsible for Recruitment operations & end to end recruitment
  • Sourcing, screening, interview logistics, candidate assessment, comp negotiation, offer release, post offer engagement and enable on boarding
  • Stakeholder management, regular reviews and meetings with the hiring managers
  • Update and publish TA dashboard
  • Individually manages the Stakeholder Management for Client
  • Manage effective source of hire. Direct sourcing leverage external career site, Professional networking site, drive internal talent mobility etc
  • Performance objectives:
  • Partnering with Business heads and execute all the aspects of TA to drive the deliverables of the Account along with Manager, Talent Acquisition
  • Extremely good communication, Presentable & excellent stakeholder management skills.

Education Qualification: Graduation OR Preferably an MBA

  • Minimum experience of 6 to 8 years in recruitment
  • Hands on experience in Volume Hiring
  • Should have the understanding or experience in latest hiring trends: Social media, LinkedIn
  • Should have experience in carrying out hiring drives.
  • Should be hands on in reports and dashboards
