Job Description

Job Title:Talent AcquisitionSpecialist

We are seekingaTalent AcquisitionSpecialist / IT Technical Recruiter to join our team.The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and a proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes independently.This candidate collaborateswithrecruitingHR andhiring managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:Execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including requirement intake, channel sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-ups to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Channel Management:Maintainmainstream recruitment platforms and expand diversified channels such as campus recruiting, internal referrals, headhunters, and industry communities tooptimizeROI.
  • Candidate & Talent Pipeline Management:Build andmaintaina talent pool by categorizing high-quality resumes; follow up with potential candidates regularly tomaintainstrong relationships and providetimelyfeedback to enhance candidate experience.
  • Data Tracking & Analysis:Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., offer acceptance rate, interview pass rate, time-to-hire), prepare monthly/quarterly reports, analyze recruitment bottlenecks, and propose optimization solutions.
  • Process Optimization:Assistin refining the companys recruitment systems and workflows,optimizinginterview standards and onboarding procedures to improve overall efficiency.
  • Employer Branding:Participatein employer branding activities to enhance the company's attractiveness in the global talent market.

Qualifications:

  • MBA/BBAdegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum1-3years experience inTalent Acquisition within-depth knowledge of full cyclerecruiting,hiringand employer branding techniques.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and skills in theITindustryincluding Microsoft Technologies (.NET Azure, Power Platform,Dynamics 365,CRM, ERP,PowerBI, Fabric, Data Analytics)and React/AngularWebTechnologies
  • Familiarity with a variety of different sourcing and selection methods.
  • Hands on experience with posting jobs onLinkedIn, Naukriandrelatedjob boards
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing,Candidate CRM,Recruitment Marketing tools
  • Experience withMSOfficeOutlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams
  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the companys success
  • Strong knowledge of employment law as it relates to recruiting and hiring practices.
  • Ability and experience in managing multiple projects, priorities, andtime-sensitivedeadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, employeerelations,andcommunicationsskills.
  • Ability tomaintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information.
