Role Description

We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in IT recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing IT roles across various technologies, along with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Skills

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (developers, testers, DevOps, cloud, support, etc.).
• Understand job requirements by partnering with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, and referrals.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage communication.
• Handle salary negotiations and coordinate offer release and onboarding processes.
• Maintain hiring trackers, dashboards, and weekly recruitment reports.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for future IT requirements.
• Stay updated with market trends, new hiring tools, and competitive salary benchmarks.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate).
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets.
• Excellent sourcing skills using multiple portals and social media.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in ATS tools and MS Excel.
